"DON'T GO THERE! They are absolutely incompetent! My oil leaked, causing damage to my engine. Since then, I've been having trouble with my car and had to pay $2600 to fix parts of the engine that were damaged by the oil leak. After all that, I spent half of the day talking to the representatives, they issued me a coupon (which I will obviously never use ) and refunded me only $18. WHAT A JOKE AND WASTE OF TIME! NEVER AGAIN!"

"I came here to get my oil changed and had a good experience. I had to wait about 10 minutes before they were able to service me and the oil change itself took about 15 minutes. They explained everything they were going to do and asked for permission for everything. The prices were as stated on the website. Overall, a relatively quick experience with friendly staff! I will come back here for future oil changes and small car maintenance issues."
"EXPENSIVE, but GOOD service. Before I came that day, I had a banging noise under the chassis of my 20-year-old SUV that often occurred when turning after a stop. I was going to get it fixed. Didn't need to after the Valvoline visit. I guess the car just needed a good fluid change/lube/radiator flush job!"
