"Had a lot of things pop up on my dashboard and was unable to start my car so I called AAA for a tow and Kieran from Lone Star came out. Instead of just towing my car, he asked what the problem was and tried jump starting my car first before hooking my car up to his truck. He informed me that he thought I'd need a replacement battery and when I went to the dealership, they confirmed that a system update drained my battery. Kieran showed a lot of intelligence and experience and saved my car from needing a tow!"

"Excellent Service! Was hit from behind by one of Connecticut’s many unlicensed drivers! She pretty much destroyed my 1.5 yo Tesla. This is the towing company called to come to the Merrit Pkwy by the State Trooper. They were great—fast, courteous, and treated us with kindness, as we were now going to be late for the wedding we were attending in Boston. Frank, the man who drove the tow truck, was kind, could see we were upset, and his general demeanor helped calm us down. "The driver Henrik, was quite literally THE MAN! I was quoted a time from triple A, of 2 hours. The driver showed up in less then an hour. He also went a little crazy about how perfect my vintage BMW was, and we spoke for several minutes about how incredible of an example my E30 is. Once he jump started the vehicle, and loaded it onto the truck, I asked him if I should kill the ignition. And he replied, "no, keep it running so the alternator can charge the battery, as most shops will charge you for every little thing, including jump starting the car in order to move it into the serviceable area". He cared that much! I would rank him an eleven out of ten! I could not be more pleased with the level of service, the friendly conversation, and the general concern that this driver provided. I hope he receives promotions within the company, and is adequately compensated for the high level of a person that he is!"

"One night (I believe it was back in 2020) my car broke down in Darien coming back to Stamford from Norwalk. Lonestar was dispatched to my location. The tow truck driver (I forgot his name) was cool and tried to help diagnose the issue before towing it. He put the car on the flatbed without issue or incident. Two days later, the repair shop fixed my car at a reasonable price and that was the start of our relationship! These guys have worked on both of my cars for the last three years and I have NEVER had anything bad to say about these guys. They have been courteous, understanding, professional and informative about any issue I've had or thought I may have and took the time to explain any issue, how something works or why something breaks.
