"The flowers were beautiful and the delivery driver was very friendly, however, the flowers were for a special occasion, Celebration of Life, that afternoon. The flowers were delivered after the celebration, 6:00pm when most of the guests were leaving. Your company takes the phone number of the customer for that reason. If you’re running late, call the customer and explain. I actually called the company to check on the order and the women lied to me and said that they were on the truck and would be there within the hour (4:00pm). Very poor customer service."

"Port Chester Florist supplied the flowers for my wedding yesterday and they did not disappoint! Jerry was so easy to work with and totally impressed us with his knowledge in his field and his incredible attention to detail. We met with him about 14 months before our wedding and presented him with our colors (orange and navy). He immediately started naming flowers that would be in bloom during this time of year in colors similar to what we named. During the whole planning process, Jerry made himself readily available via telephone and email and was quick to answer any questions that I had. We were expecting the flowers to look good, but we were completely wowed by how incredible the arrangements were. The bouquets (including the simple white rose bouquet we used to present flowers to the Blessed Mother during our mass) and the flower girl basket were stunning. However, the real stars were the centerpieces, which our guests could not stop complimenting. If you're looking for beautiful florals with impeccable service, give Port Chester Florist a call!"

"I am not local and order from Birmingham, Alabama. I typically do not order (from anywhere) pre-designed arrangements as I believe your locally owned florists are most likely excellent floral artists. Experience has taught me when you find the florist that excels at that…,give them all the business you can and recommend them often. Port Chester Florist is definitely one of those. I chose Designer’s Choice, they have plenty of price points to choose from, told them a favorite color of the recipient, and let them do their magic. Every single time, the results have been stunning and much appreciated. If you’re concerned about ordering and you live out of town…..no need to look any further. They will not disappoint. If you’re lucky enough to live close by, so see their options. I plan to on my next visit to Greenwich. They will most definitely earn your business and more importantly, your trust."

"I don’t even know where to start! Our wedding was about 2 weeks ago and I couldn’t get to write this review because I am still overwhelmed with emotions about how extraordinary our flower arrangements and the entire day were! During our search for florists we consulted with a couple from the Westchester county area. Then, I remembered Port Chester Florist who also did our engagement party flower Arrangements - you may ask why didn’t I went to them initially - the answer is because I was not thinking with all the wedding planning - which I did all on my own!, once we met with Jerry again, we immediately felt comfortable and in great hands! Jerry’s attention to detail is a true testament of his knowledge and passion. He really takes the time to explain everything to you, treats you like family, and makes every effort to bring your vision to life - and oh boy did he delivered!!! I even added additional arrangements for cocktail hour last minute (without my husband knowing of course lol- I knew he wouldn’t mind) and Jerry was responsive and accommodating! When my husband and I walked into our reception we were beyond satisfied and pleased! The colors, the design, and size of the arrangements were PERFECT and beyond our imagination!! Our guests still rave about how beautiful everything was! I told my husband for every wedding anniversary I would like the same flower arrangement as a gift! I have always known them to be extremely helpful, always had an amazing experience and they are passionate about flowers and doing it right! The owner is very responsive and the flowers were always beautiful.
