"Unfortunately, was VERY disappointed with the service and the arrangement.Our recipient received the flowers separately from the vase, were a poor quality, and with no card. Not sure what happened, but I was made to feel as if I was wrong to ask for the correct arrangement to be re-sent. When finally agreed they would then send a potted plant WITH the card to compensate, I was told they would ask for the original vase back (to someone recovering). I said that was not agreeable to us. The manager said “if she was well enough to answer the door…” which was ludicrous to me. Who knows who answered the door and so much for the customer is always right. To assume the cost of.a vase to make a customer satisfied was not how this establishment operates. Highly do not recommend this place if you care about quality, and to whom you are sending a gift to. REGARDING THE REPLY I RECEIVED: This is absolutely not how it was rectified. Sending a new arrangement while asking for the old vase was in very poor taste and I did not want that option. I have photos too of how it was received, but I was offered no other alternative, except when I ASKED for a plant instead to be delivered WITH THE CARD as this was a request from my boss, and the recipient did not know who to thank. (Yes, I called to inquire regarding their recovery, and found out the rest). The plant was requested to eliminate the need for asking for the recipient to retrieve the old vase which HER HOUSEHOLD put together in the vase, not as you state, how it was delivered. I was told you'd ask the driver, but I never heard back that it was confirmed it GOT DELIVERED as a whole arrangement. I could have disputed this further, but we are all busy and it was very frustrating dealing with the manager and their attitude, not the people trying to sincerely help. This is just to let others know. It was an unfortunate failure for customer satisfaction, and one I have never encountered before."

"I was searching for local florists near my sister in Greenwich and came across this place. It was her birthday, and being in Florida I was looking for a florist that had an online shop where I could place my order. From the five places I looked at, Floral Fashions had the nicest selection and reasonable prices. I was able to purchase a beautiful bouquet for $75, which, plus a balloon and delivery, came out to $99. I think for the results, location, and convenience it was a great deal. Thank you!"

"Ordered the Valentines Day Premium special and they did not disappoint at all. The price was by far the most reasonable in the entire area and their site was very easy to use and find out exactly what you get with each sizing. Photos are of actual arrangement delivered. "Magical place! Unique indoor decorations, knowledgeable help and reasonable prices. I purchased 90% of my indoor plants there and they are lovely, healthy, 3+ years old. My large 50 gallons tank is full of small thriving plants from here. Floral Fashions most be my favorite go to for gifts, decor, and to feed my hobby."
