"This office is TERRIBLE at answering pharmacy questions and helping customers with requests. My coworker stayed on the phone for 41 minutes on hold waiting for someone to pick up. When someone did pick up, they put her back on hold for another 45 minutes just to forget about her after the office had closed. She needed one simple change to her prescription so that the pharmacy could give her a substitute and was informed that the pharmacy had been contacting this office for over a month and was not getting any response. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE IF YOU NEED ANY KIND OF HELP. THEY WILL JUST PUT YOU ON HOLD FOREVER AND NOT HELP YOU."
