"Staff and nurses are nice. However, be careful because if you change doctors, you get charged for a new patient. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been going there for years. The receptionist tells you five minutes before the appointment. She says you can cancel, but then they’ll charge a last minute fee."

"I love the doctors and nurses at Catskill Women’s Health! All of them are so sweet and personable. However, I really am not a huge fan of the receptionist they have. She always makes me feel uncomfortable and like I’m inconveniencing her. I tried having my name and insurance changed since I had just gotten married, and she seemed very frustrated and confused as to what to do. She’s no where near as personable as the rest of the staff."

"I had three miscarriages and my OB had not discussed any options or precautions with me to promote a healthier pregnancy. I am very disappointed in the measures that were taken for me I wasn’t even seen during my miscarriages except for the first one I was sent for an D&C I was just sent to take tests for HCG levels for the other two."
