"I tried to cash a check a few minutes ago with my senior disabled mother at this location, and they refused to cash her check because she signed the check in the car and not in front of them. There aren't any signs posted in the check cashing place stating this policy, and the employee has my mother's government issued identification to compare the signatures since she claimed that with AI there is a worry of fraud. If this is a company policy, then signs need to be posted that clearly state it, and not left up to the employee to decide who to enforce this "policy" with. This is not our first time using this location for check cashing, western union, other services."
