"The positive is they have easy parking and quick in and out the negative is they run out of food a lot. I've been twice for items on sale and they were out. Good luck getting a rotisserie chicken. They sell it but they're never in stock. There's always the organic chicken that's $3 more but what's the point of that"

"The staff was very rude and not helpful. My first time doing a pick up order. The woman at the pick up counter acted like I was bothering her on her shift. I had a similar experience here before. And I was quickly reminded why I don't come to this b j's. If you don't like your job find one that you do like."

"Ruben at this location was such a help. I went to this location on Sunday to purchase some items and there was no Whole Milk left in the fridge. I could not find whole milk anywhere in the store and Ruben was stocking the eggs and I inquired with him and he jumped right on it, left what he was doing to remove restock the Whole Milk and saved the day!! So refreshing to see such hardworking people these days!! You typically get “we don’t have it if you don’t see it” Or “we’re out of it come back tomorrow”. Thank you Ruben!"
