"It all started with the incompetence of employees, don't ask them any question. They can't answer anything and leave all the time, I wait for 20-30 minutes while he goes and comes back to me, they started poking that if I don't like it, I can turn around and get out so that these are my problems. They work illegally, they can't talk, they can't run forever. I won't recommend this company to anyone else! And I was just kicked out of the parking lot, they said for their employees!!! And there is no parking for customer!"

"The customer service is exceptional. I'll admit I can be a tad annoying when I don't know what I'm looking for; I actually called back 3x and sent my contractor to them with a sample. Mike was so patient and so kind even when I was only over the phone. He helped me find the exact Harvard Slate, Royal Crest Double 4 design that I needed. He even helped me locate it in stock at their Bronx location. I'll head to the Bronx tomorrow to get what I need. Hopefully the Bronx folks are as great as the Whiteplains folks and then I'll have another wonderful review to write. Thanks Mike for all your help! And also the super friendly lady that answers the phone, I didn't catch her name."
