"1. The bathroom has been “out of order” for multiple years and the owner has no intention to get it fixed 2. When I was waiting in a line, the staff asked my kids and I to move around because she was cleaning this place 3. If you ask an extra empty plastic cup, they will charge you for it 4. Saw people arguing about the incorrect charges and owner did not act nicely Definitely a place to avoid if I have other options(e.g., the nearby Starbucks)"

"I ordered a drink and the train came and I had to run out the door before receiving my order. The gentleman working sprinted to the train caught the door to get me the coffee I ordered. I was just coming from a funeral and having that experience knowing people like that are out there made things a lot better. Amazing people, amazing service. Thank you!"

"When I entered the store to pick up a mobile order while in my bike gear, before I had a chance to do anything, the counter attendant lit into me about the bathroom being closed, etc. I had no need nor ever said I was in need of a bathroom. Just there to pick up a mobile order. Don’t need that nonsense."

"Of course perfect for a morning coffee before your commute from Scarsdale train station. It's the owner and staff of this DD that make it great. Since we moved here they have been so pleasant. Use the app if you want to just do a quick pick up plus you get free coffees. Please support your local businesses!"
