"Excellent place to visit, STH is incredibly inviting and cute, Highly recommended for all ages and groups. we showed up right when they closed, they continued to welcome and host us with exceptional hospitality and courtesy. Debbie and daughter are very nice. They also have wonder pieces of jewelry and gift times and so much more to offer. Great job Special Tea House, keep up the terrific job. We will come back to revisit."

"What a great find and an absolutely lovely spot! We got out to GP fairly late but arrived a little early for our reservation. No problem! If you enjoy English high tea service, you must give them a try!!"

"We went there twice on a 24 hr trip to Greenport! The manager Erica was so nice and kind, she really went beyond her way to make our experience memorable. Everything absolutely everything from the first sip of tea to the last crumb of sweets was perfect and delicious. I can't recommend it enough! Beautiful environment, delicious food, kind people!"

"Hidden Gem in the middle of Greenport Village. Found this place on the review section for The Plaza in NYC. My lady and I had a beautiful date with this beautiful charming place. The Classic Selection food you could tell was made with intention and was very good. She had the Rose Tea Latte with rose petals in it. The tea set was beautiful, the interior was really nice and the service was great! Highly recommend for a date and experience how to truly have and “Afternoon Tea” like you would have in Paris"

"We dined here for Mother’s Day today. Our table was lovely. Although we were informed we might have to relocate. We didn’t have to. The service was friendly but dismal. The hot tea we ordered was 40 minutes late, after it was initially forgotten about & reordered. When it did arrive, we were notified that our table would turn over in 15 minutes, so we never had the opportunity to even finish it. It also lacked strength, actually seeming watered down. Go with the iced tea which was good. The finger sandwiches were good. The lavender shortbread yummy. The scones were particularly good, however one of our spreads wasn’t served. We requested it, & it was better than the other two initially offered. The dessert custard was enjoyable. It’s a shame the service completely lacked, & the desire to turn the table over superseded the desire to make the experience memorable."
