"Sometimes I buy a dozen for the office on Sunday mornings. Sadly, they choose to sell old donuts, so today a third of the order were stale. I called to complain and they offered to replace them, but I’d already driven 40 minutes. Not the first time this has happened and I’m not going back. I’m sure they’re trying to maximize revenue but it’s coming at the expense of goodwill as they continue to pivot towards menu items."
"Not good. Went here only ONCE. Egg sandwich looks and tasted like it was made the day before. No, the MORNING before I was unfortunately given it. I highly recommend you either go somewhere else or starve before trying this place for a breakfast sandwich. I can't express how disappointing this place is."

"This Dunkin is always clean. I’d say they are very fast too. Some employees aren’t as fast as others and still the rush hour times but they move quickly and without mistakes. Been coming for years and if I don’t buy a donut the employees will typically give a munchkin to my children. Great location and great atmosphere."
"Best service of my life, the manager was absolutely AMAZING. I believe his name is Ashok. I didn't go to Dunkin a lot before but now I will go everyday because of him."
