"Purchased wicker sectional 3 months ago and installers broke most of the clips that hold pieces together. I have been trying to get them to come and install clips for months now…..they returned to replace same defective piece 2 times and keep forgetting clips . Very dissatisfied with product and more so the customer service . We are always told someone will call us to rectify but nothing happens. Definitely should have purchased online from other supplier."

"Don't waste your time coming here. Nothing is in stock, delivery only from New Jersey, the manager Joanne unhelpful and basically totally useless. Seeing the furniture in person I can confirm that the quality is average. You can find the identical furniture on Amazon, wayfair, and other furniture stores for 1/2 the price. There is nothing unique about their products, it is just wayfair stuff with their own name on it, shipping out of the same warehouse in New Jersey as wayfair."

"Haven't been here in about 15 years.. I used to love it. Seems a little overcrowded now. Too much furniture now and not enough china, picture frames, decorations and ornaments. I used to do all sorts of holiday shopping here, but they seemed to have change change their focus. Just wasn't what I was looking for this visit."

"I am appalled at the customer service of this “ supposedly” reputable store. We purchased a dining room table and side table with 6 chairs. From the beginning there were issues. They needed to take bake the credenza because the drawers did not close. The chairs were stained as soon as someone sat on them due to the material. We’re Exchanged chairs on multiple occasions and ultimately we asked for a refund. The store said I could exchange the set for a new one but NOT the matching credenza. There wasn’t anything that would go in our dining area. The sales managers at BOTH stores were rude and disrespectful. We will proceed until we are able to do a satisfactory RETURN. VERY DISAPPOINTED"
