"I’m sure no one from the company will see this or care but I think it’s really irritating to put on your google profile that you close at 8:00 if you close at 7:00. Got to the drive through tonight at 7:24 pm lights on signs at all still on. A man appears from behind the drive through sign an just says “closed” Adjust your Google profile and maybe I’ll adjust my review otherwise extremely unprofessional."

"The people are always friendly and polite. The problem with this Dunkin is that it is unreliable in getting the order correct and making things to standard. As you can see I got a coffee half full but honestly a quarter of that is whipped cream so there really is only a quarter of a cup of coffee. New incident went there for the first time in a long time and they didn't put the two of the 4 coffees in the carrier correctly and one fell out all over my leg and garage floor. This has to be without a doubt the worst dunkin in the franchise. Not to mention they forgot two sandwiches again."
