"They cancelled my insurance for no reason and then never gave me a refund and ghosted me, now I have to deal with the bank. 2 stars only because while I had my policy it was going well."
"Worst business experience I've ever had. We dealt directly with Doug, the Owner. First, he messed up our information mutiple times during the application process. Not a good sign from a business whose only job is to fill out and file paperwork. We were then quoted a policy which we used to move our cars from out of state to in state. This was a grueling process even without the added stress of an incompetent insurance agent. Without warning, we were charged for almost $100 extra in insurance payments. I only noticed after my credit card had been charged. We're going over to page insurance. Much more professional and fairly priced. TLDR: sleezey, lazy, or incompetent. Either way, avoid doing business with these people."
