"I had one of the most memorable customer service experiences this past Sunday while shopping at your store on White Plains. I was unable to locate my coupon in my bag upon reaching the cashier, I could not locate the coupon in my email. Frustrated, I left the items and decided to leave the store and perhaps return another time. As I was at the door making one last check in my email, another cashier, whose name I learnt to be Mia, with the brightest smile, beckoned to me and said she would honour my purchase with a coupon. She was genuinely pleasant right through the check-out experience. I will return to that store just because of her. Old Navy you have a gem in this employee. Bottom line is that mia didn’t have to. I was three steps away from the door, but she ensured that I left the store happy and satisfied. I am indeed grateful and please let her know she is valued."

Asked question about what i was looking for and even made some suggestions on styles i should look into. She was very attentive and nice. "2 employees made this place great- Mohammed, security & Stephanie, retail. In my experience these are tough positions in a tough, demanding job but their level of care/professionalism really surpassed my highest expectations. Many other companies lost my business in my search for the right pair of pants for my son but, specifically because of the obvious hard work & dedication of Stephanie, i made a purchase- & now, also, i will continue to be a customer here. Mohammed's friendly & calm personality is another great contributor to me actually shopping here, despite my initial assessment indicating that i would not find what i needed. This review is more so intended for the supervisors of this branch (but it is a good review for other consumers). I would love to run into these people again & see them making (a lot) more money, with a less physically demanding position. BTW, the pants are great. Thanks OLD NAVY!"
