"When i tell you i am livid!! Whoever runs this company needs to be fired. Day 3 and they’re telling me they can’t find my address!!! I’ve spoke to 3 different reps, emailed numerous times, had 2 reps call me back and still do not have my parcel and the fact that is was for my daughter and she needs it for school made it even worse. If i ever order online and they are the delivery company i will not order again. Frustrating and disgusted to say the lease!! and they don’t care. Please do not use this company. I was forced to use 1 star or they would get none Smfh"

"Packages getting lost (stolen) from this facility and they proudly say "Lasership has lost your package! Contact your seller for refund!" Even with all these bad reviews around, I was a proponent for Lasership till now. Recently got to experience this first hand. This with their poor tracking system which keeps lying 'out for delivery' since last 4 days and 'delivery attempted', whivh simply means your package is lost. Nobody responds to your inquiries raised. Calling them up is only option. Kept receiving different responses like we will deliver for sure tomorrow until one of them accepted package is lost."

"Regularly delivers late/ damaged goods. I've complained to multiple vendors about lasership's unreliability and even gone so far as specifically stating that I will not purchase if lasership is the only shipping option. I have also, on multiple occasions, seen 'delivered' status updates for packages that are, you guessed it, NOT at my home. Arriving anywhere from 1 to 3 days later if at all. Once and a while is a mistake. But this issue happening so regularly implies some level of policy. Almost like an already poorly rated company marks late items delivered to keep their stats up. Avoid at all costs."

"After what happened to my package, I would of given this company zero stars. The customer service from the call center... I can’t even find the words to say as to how AWFUL they are... but the local port Chester place, turned everything around for me. My package was most likely and I’m gonna say I’m 99.9% sure of this, was stolen by the driver. The driver refused to share the photo of my package being delivered to me, simply because it wasn’t. It was snowing out that day, there was no footsteps to my door, I had instructions posted on my large mailbox to deliver packages to the back door, he didn’t follow that, my ring device didn’t pick him up either...and worse? He had a history of stealing other peoples packages. But Jason, the operations manager, and the branch manager took matters into their own hands, stepped up and made this right for me. What was in that package really meant something to me, because it was for my birthday, it was something I worked hard for especially during these times! So I want to personally thank them for doing what they did for me. Everyone in this company truly needs to take after both of you, you guys went above and beyond and it means everything. Thank you. Lasership may suck Lol, but you guys, are awesome. Thank you again!!!"
