"I want to say thank you to Red Oak Transportation. This company deserves more than five stars for customer service, professionalism and reliability. We needed to find a chauffeur to drive my 75 year old mom to Jefferson, New York from Brooklyn to attend her grandsons wedding weekend. We had to drive up the day before to get settled but my mom couldn’t go up until the next day which meant she would be on her own. I was nervous about her traveling alone but once I spoke to Janica she really made me feel at ease. Harris drove my mother and he took care of her from becoming to end. He was very kind and understanding to her needs. She loved him and he chatted with her the whole way there which she enjoyed his conversation. Shout out to Janica and Harris and the entire team at Red Oak Transportation. I would highly recommend this transportation company!"
