"I never Write bad reviews but this is the worst experience at a drs office I have ever had. From the the first encounter from the assistant to the Dr . The dr wound up cutting my sons ear and making him bleed then just standing there and doing nothing. He wound up being more hurt leaving the place then when we got there. Dr Gina Ruocchio was extremely unprofessional. Horrible experience traumatized my son and will never go back!"

"First time using a pediatric urgent care and very impressed. Northwell has a very good reputation and I can see why. We brought our daughter and was super impressed with the efficiency, kind staff and physician and overall care! We registered beforehand and when we arrived, we were taken immediately to a treatment room (avoiding the need to wait with sick patients). A nurse immediately came in to take vitals and probably 5 minutes later, a wonderful attentive doctor, Erin, came to examine my daughter. She gave a thorough exam, confirmed what i thought as well, prescribed the necessary treatment and we were on our way. The receptionist (Jennifer i think?) was really lovely and kind as well! Thank you for a very positive experience."

"Brought my 7 month old son for RSV. He was wheezing, had nasal flaring, retractions, accessory muscle use, his o2sat was 91%. Dr. V gave him a total of 2 albuterol nebulizer treatments, a dose of decadron and had him on supplemental oxygen for about 1-2 hours. After he proved he was able to tolerate room air again, we were sent home with an albuterol script and told to manage his symptoms and of course bring him to the ER if he got worse. Fortunately Dr. V’s treatment did the trick and my son is on the mend. She treated my son just as the ER would have in a fraction of the time with a fraction of the cost. She was super kind, caring, and took her job seriously. I was so thankful she took the time to do everything she could to treat my son and not just send us to the ER immediately."

"My husband took my daughter at around 7pm to have her ear checked. She was already at the pediatrician’s office the day before and was prescribed antibiotics for swimmers ear. A day later she was getting worse not better. Since it was getting late we wanted her to be seen by a doctor. Dr. Lisa Thomas saw her and told my husband she needs to give 48 hours for the drops to work. Well, my daughter work up in the middle of the night (8 hour later), with blood coming out of her ear and in extreme pain. Called the on call doctor and brought her back to the pediatrician’s office when they opened. She had a double ear infection, a wick put in and is now on oral antibiotics bc it could be an inner ear infection. It was so bad they could barely see anything. I am very disappointed with the rushed care given at this facility. Waist of time and hopefully she recovers without any hearing loss."
