"Staff was phenomenal! So sweet and helpful. The only reason I’m giving 1 star, is because the owner allows appointments to be made every 5 minutes onlines but yet there is over a 2 hour wait when you arrive. They had to turn away walk-ins and create a list of people with appointments to be called. I understand it is the season for people to get sick, however this location is either not well staffed, or appointments should only be allowed every 30 minutes."

"I had prepared all the necessary paperwork and made an appointment in advance, hoping for a smooth and efficient experience. However, despite my efforts, I was left waiting for a whole hour before being attended to. Understandably frustrated, I voiced my concerns about the wait time, which prompted the Physician Assistant (PA) to finally come and see me. Unfortunately, the time spent with the PA was limited to just 5 minutes."

Everyone was extremely friendly. This was my first time going to an urgent care and I was very pleasantly surprised."

The Doctor was very clear in her explanation of what was going on with me, the root of my problem, and she made sure I understood her recommendations. I’m very happy and impressed with their service.
