"The staff is extremely lazy they don’t help with nothing and they take long for everything just for the doctor to sit and rush the visit… the people at the front answer the phone and immediately put you on hold and NEVER come back on the line… this use to be a great place but lately the staff has been very negligent… the lab tech can not draw blood she left my son with a big lump on his forearm that lasted 3 days and his arm hurt when he bent it… the people are always stuck on their phone and there is no privacy they ask you personal questions in front of people you are not even sure work there… and when you complain to the doctors they do nothing but say I’m sorry about that as if sorry can fix the matter…. My kids will no longer be attending this clinic."

"My daughter has been with Molly Galdston since she was 4 years and now she's 12. Mrs. Galdston is no longer there and I should have known she wasn't by the abrupt change in communication. Everytime I call to have my daughter's medication sent to pharmacy, the information is wrong. When I am having trouble booking transportation, I call the office and leave a message for someone to contact me back. Hours and days can past and they'll lie and say someone tried to call you when they did not. I've asked, why hasn't Molly contacted me back for weeks now, and they never said a word or gave a reason. Mrs. Galdston ALWAYS contacted me back the same day and there was never an issue getting referrals or assistance. I'll tell the receptionist I'm going to call back in 10 minutes to reach the head doctor, and no one ever answers the phone. I'll call several times back to back and the phone goes straight to voicemail everytime. As soon as I call from a different phone/number while still calling from my main phone (The phone/number that's being ignored the same receptionist picks up the phone on the number they don't have. I told her I knew they were ignoring my calls because it's visible on the caller ID. These ignorant people in today's society are joke. They always swear they're smarter than the next person and ALWAYS get caught. She started stuttering and finally booked the appointment. Crazy how one doctor left and the place has completely fallen apart. I'll take my daughter to this last appointment, but I'm already looking for a new physician completely elsewhere."

"I absolutely love Dr. Aposeo she is the best! had been going to children of Zion pediatrics for 13 years now. When Molly joined the practice I was so happy to see she fit right in. Two amazing doctors."

"Love Dr. Apoeso my son has been coming to her since 2 days old he is 11, my brother and sister have been coming for 13 years. They now see Dr.Molly She's good as well. Only thing I Don't like the new appointment making system. It's a hassle for working parents. You call and wait on hold and expect to make an appointment only to be told to wait for a call back. By the time u receive the call back it's 2 days later or during the hours your at work. Please update your clients when you make new arrangements to systems it causes confusion."

"Doctor Grace Kim is so polite and very understanding of situations. She is the best doctor I have ever met. She is very welcoming and has a great personality; does not make you feel uncomfortable at all. She truly cares about her patients and I love that she remembers who you are as well. Loved her. However, the receptionist at the front desk are very rude. It’s the third time in a row that they do not greet with a warm welcome. You tell them you are here for your appointment and they completely ignore you. They didn’t even tell me to take a sit or even answered me at all. They had a big attitude and treated me poorly. A Hispanic nurse had to assist me when she saw that the two other receptions completely ignored me.  It was my first time meeting the Hispanic nurse and she assisted me kindly and was very patient with me.  Overall the doctor is the best but the front desk receptionist are the worst and most rudest women I have ever encountered with. Doctor 10/10, Front Desk Receptionist 1/10"
