"I arranged a car one morning to get to school on time cause I missed the bus. The car came to pick me up however on the way there, we picked up another guy and dropped him off first to his destination before I got dropped off to school. I arranged the car and everything however some guy that we picked up off the street got to his destination first. Not good service at all. The guy also drives recklessly."

"Twice in a row -make reservation for car to train station. Local ride -maybe 10 mins. They confirm. Then they simply dont show. No call. No apology. No nothing. Missed train each time. Dont make promises you cant keep. Dont know how they stay in business."

"Unfortunately, yesterday October 4 the taxi company let us down. I arranged for a pick up at 11.40 at the train station and upon arrival at Fox Hill Farm asked the driver to be picked up again at 2.20pm. That was 'no problem'. But no taxi arrived at 2.20 pm. I called and left a message in the answering machine. No call back. I called multiple times. Only the answering machine speaking. So we missed the train back and my son missed most of his waterpolo game in NYC. Ultimately, the farm staff drove us to the Hawthorne station. I do not understand how this is possible. Hope for improvement next weekend. DJ Eppink, NYC"

"Whenever you call they tell you it will take 15 minutes and they always take about 20 minutes to pick me up. Terrible service, I rely on taxis to get me to places just as fast as taking a car not to get me places late."
