"A week ago my car started giving problems while driving north on the Taconic. I managed to make it off on exit 2 in Hawthorn. Limping we made it to NGJ auto. Within minutes Joe looked at the car told me what it was and the approximate cost. He said that the parts would be there in about an hour. Long story short , my car was repaired within 1.5 hours of pulling in. I find Joe to be friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. He literally could have raked me over the coals.Instead he had my car fixed in an emergency for a cost of $170. Including taxes and fees. Unbelievable in these days. Will highly recommend this business."
