When I asked for the lady who put me on such an extended hold she refused to deal with me until I got hold of the manager! The store was empty, I just needed to know if the had Pillar Candles! When I finally got a hold of her, 30 minutes later, she couldn't understand what I was saying and accused me of shaming her for her accent! Actually I was really stern with her because she kept me on hold so long and couldn't answer a simple question! The store is so disorganized and the service is the worst!"
