"I don't often write reviews, but I am happy to do so for Will at Willett Vacuums. I was referred to him as I needed to replace a part for my home's central vacuum system. From the initial phone call he was so nice, informative, and had this vibe like, "Not to worry...Whatever you need we'll figure it out." He asked me to send him a photo of the part I needed replaced and got back to me right away not only saying he had it, but quoting the price as well. I then showed up at the store later that day and Will greeted me as if he knew me and had the part I needed waiting at the register. This is a good human being who just happens to own a vacuum shop. I could not recommend him higher as he didn't just solve my vacuum issue, but made the experience such a pleasurable one."
"Excellent. Very knowledgeable on products with info you can't find online. Also, you should not believe that best deals are online. I got better deal than online without asking. Took time to explain various models, features along with advantages and disadvantages of different configurations and options. I am confident I got the right vacuum for my needs. "Will at Willett Vacuums was incredibly helpful! He recommended a great option for us given that we have a cat and a lot of carpeting. While in the store, he showed me all of the features and explained everything thoroughly. He then put the new vacuum together and tested it to make sure it was fully functioning and to go over some of the features again. He even helped carry it to my car! Overall it was a great experience, and I would recommend that anyone looking for a new vacuum comes here. We will definitely be back!"

"Mr. Will is amazing! He is incredibly helpful and always has the best prices of any store and a great service policy....something I couldn't get on Amazon though they were a little cheaper by $10. Mr Will personally repairs the vacuums whenever possible while you wait. I've bought 2 Miele (high end model's $1000+) and an electrolux. Always a pleasure!"
