"I was booked for an appointment a month ago I showed up yesterday and no one bother to call me from the clinic beforehand to not come in because it was CLOSED. I COMMUTED TWO HOURS ROUND-TRIP FOR NO REASON! BE MORE CONSIDERATE OF YOUR PAITIENTS MOVING FORWARD ⏩"
"Understaffed amateurs. Arrived, was told internet was not working so a couple patients could not be checked in. At least 2 out of 5 nurses/attendants I saw had no clue of what was going on around them. The front desk attendant seems to be the only person hustling and trying to hold it down. I am not expecting a healthcare office to impress me but I was far from it at this location. The owner should consider skimping out some money for better internet"

"Doctor is fine. There is a call center, supposedly in Chicago, can never get to speak with your doc. This is a corporately run business. I’ve never seen a worse run organization . I m currently looking for another doctor."
