"Told me I had a pat due balance from 2021. I have been here multiple times after that. Paid the balance 2 times already just so I don’t have to hear it. Now they are trying to tell me again I have that same past due balance. Never coming back here again. They now are trying to steal my money 3 times. Now I’m in search of legal counsel for what I can do about this"

"I have had multiple pleasant experiences here for my children and myself. The staff is caring and polite, from the front desk, to the nurse, all the way to the doctors. The location is convenient and has plenty of parking."

"I came in with animal bites and scratches and was seen immediately. The physician, Lisa, was A-plus — knowledgeable, friendly and attentive — as was the entire staff at PhysicianOne Urgent Care in Somers, New York. That includes assistants and the receptionist. I would recommend this medical service to everyone. My plan is to stay away from all teeth and claws in the future but if another mishap occurs that requires me to again seek medical attention, this is where I will go. No question."

"My husband and I have visited the Somers location a few times since moving nearby, and each time we've received quality care and attention from all staff. Front desk staff are very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. We've had the same nurse each time who's been extremely upbeat and kind, and the PA on duty has been very patient and thorough. Each time we've gone we've had flu-like symptoms, so not sure how this place does with issues outside that scope...but we sure are treated very well and haven't had to worry a bit. At all our visits so far it has not been crowded. We booked appointments in advance as well. HIGHLY recommend the Somers practice!"
