"Predatory billing system that leaves you no choice but to have it go to collections. The means to which bills are dustributed are random and impossible to keep track of. Especially when bill's are identical in amount. Both the collection service's and creditors numbers don't work when you call. All account information provided by collection notices is useless in helping you actually pay the balance. It became not worth the time to push back so I paid the amount. They are still sending notices even though it's paid."

"First, they didn't correctly bill my insurance for the birth of my child. Confirmed with my insurance that the charge was covered and they messed up. Second, we called to pay the bill so it wouldn't go to collections while they fix their mistake with insurance. Get another bill and my husband calls back to confirm that it won't go to collections. Now I've gotten two bills from a collection agency about this medical bill and it's ruining my credit. I don't ever want to deal with them again."
