"We've been going to Dr. Veltri for years now and always have great service, and get healed up and on our way."
"Incompetent personnel and inefficient office. Dr. Marchetti is new and inexperienced. He is fine for very basic things like an ankle sprain, but nothing more complex. The office operations have numerous problems. Medical notes take 10-14 days to transcribe, so if you need an insurance pre-cert, you will waste 2 weeks waiting for their office to produce the doctor's notes for your insurance. When I requested medical records I was told repeatedly they legally have 30 days but they try to get them ready in 2 weeks. I don't understand this because it takes about 5 minutes to burn a disc. Finally, everytime you call, you get a girl who tells you she has someone in front of her and two others on hold and she needs you to hold for a while - she sounds like she's hyperventilating. When you do get someone on the phone, you can't trust the information you're given because the office is full of 20 year olds who have no idea what's going on. I wasted 8 weeks with this office, all the while in a non weight bearing cast or boot, unable to walk let alone get back to running. I never felt any of them attempted to understand what I wanted or needed. Please go somewhere else."

"Horrible experience. My sholder xray wasnt taken but my bill included a charge of $58. When called the billing department to understand the charges i was asked to talk to office ppl. When called office was asked to talk to office manager. Office manager punted me to the doctor. Office manager kept on insisting tht xray was taken. Then finally i asked them to get my xray from the file. They promised to investigate and call back. So 30 mins of argument and 1 hour of call wait later they admitted tht they dint find any xray and said a new bill will be generated. Luckly i dint have auto pay from my account. Can belive they did this and worst thing was the way they handle this. Never going back again. They cant be trusted. Please check ur bill guys!!!"
