"Daughter had surgery on the 19th of September, at the time of discharge was told that someone from urology would call me to schedule a stent removal appointment and if I haven’t heard from the office by that Thursday to call office to schedule the appointment, well I called and was told that someone would call me back with that appointment. On Monday the 26th of September had to call again because nobody has called me back, meanwhile this stent has made my daughter extremely uncomfortable and I have stressed this to the liaison on the phone but still no phone call. On Tuesday the 27th had to call again (still no callback by4:35) finally at 4:45 someone called I missed the call by one minute and called back exactly one minute later and was told by the liaison that the person who called me one minute ago was gone for the day , but the liaison would mark this as urgent and somebody would call me tomorrow. We’ll strike 3 , . Obviously Hartford Healthcare Urology Department isn’t very concerned about the comfort of their patients."
