"this is a wonderful UPS store. I just picked up some printing I had of my family tree. It did not in any way look professional or even nice, based on my cut and paste method from Ancestry, however Ivana took over and told me she would make it look petty. I took one look and it was amazing - beyond my expectations. She spent a lot of time with me sorting it out but her talent and expertise went over and above. I have another tree she's doing and I know she'll excell at this one. Everyone in this store is polite, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Would recommend their services to one and all."

I often have to ship large quantities of small sample packs (40+ packages at a time) for work and Meeta and her team are extremely helpful in entering all the necessary shipping info without making me wait on site, then following up to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. "My wife and I live in California and we had to clear out my mother in laws apartment. The team at the UPS Store in Scarsdale was super helpful. We sent quite a few boxes back. Particularly challenging was sending two armchairs. Meeta and her team were able to package both chairs securely in one big box and arrange to have them shipped via freight. Both chairs arrived in great condition. Meeta also did a great job of keeping me informed on the progress of shipping the chairs. Bottom line, the staff at this UPS Store was super nice, helpful and provided great customer service!"
