"Terrible customer service. I haven't received my products yet because they were delayed even though I paid for expedited shipping. They were late getting the shipment to the carrier but took no responsibility. I know I am only one customer but they do not care. Should have read the other reviews. Follow up: Still have not received refund for the expedited shipping as they said I would. I am sure they did not think I would check. It has beef over two weeks so I have no faith in this company. Btw I usually don't do reviews but the lack of care they showed was impressive"

"They have great items and so unique. I own 3 bags and jewelry. I get so many compliments. Each time I take a bag with me, I get stopped and asked where did I get it. I wind up, showing them the link. Each item is so unique and creative. I’ve dealt with the owner and staff over emails and they’ve been incredibly responsive, incredibly diligent with helping get your orders out timely, and always willing to help."

"I LOVE the HIP CHICK blazers!! I have seen a few on clients over the years, and had to have my own. I couldn’t believe the adorable shop was just a few towns over. When I went to the store the sales staff was so amazing, they helped me narrow down the many choices to the two that I loved most. The coolest clientele came in during my shopping experience and added to the “fun girls” vibe! Can’t wait to go back for all my gifts, & I have my eye on the fuzzy slippers!"

"I can’t imagine being treated more disrespectfully by a business. Every single wrong turn was blamed on me. I haven’t been gaslit thing badly since I dated some abusive guy in my twenties. They didn’t mail my package for 10 days despite sending a tracking number, then they didn’t respond to multiple emails, so I disputed the charge with my credit card company. When they finally did get around to mailing it, I dropped the dispute immediately, of course. Then they sent a defective item and when I called they said I had waited too long (a week!) to complain and plus I had filed a credit card dispute so they didn’t want to help me anyway. I had to send proof that the dispute had been dropped and that they had been paid. Then, when they FINALLY, after many weeks and multiple calls and emails, replaced the flawed item, a large lucite magazine rack, they said they would pick up the wrong one in person because shipping would be too costly. And then they disappeared so I stuck it in a closet and waited. I didn’t need the garbage rack but I was waiting for them to make a move and then I forgot about it. Several MONTHS later, after no communication whatsoever, they sent me an accusatory e-mail saying I had never sent it and please provide the tracking number. Even though they had never even sent me a shipping label for the useless rack they had sent me in the first place and had said (in writing!) don’t worry we will pick it up. Avoid this place like the plague. Unless you want to be abused and question your sanity while they continually blame you for their mistakes. The worst “business” with which I have ever done business. The only reason I gave them two stars instead of one is because I finally got a replacement rack. Otherwise they really deserve none."
