They are honest in telling you what looks good and how items fit. They genuinely seem excited about fashion, are knowledgeable about their products and are so friendly and welcoming to their customers. I have shopped here for many years. But it even seems like during the pandemic they have strived to go above and beyond to meet their customers’ needs. I had such a fun experience there recently and they offered to ship a winter jacket to my son who is @ college with a return label to facilitate the return if it didn’t fit.
