"Very cute park. Beautiful blossom trees are out. They do need to clean up the river though, it's very dirty. Parking available on site. Edited in summer: Beautiful gardens with butterflies, a lot of seating areas, there's playgrounds for families, public bathrooms. Definitely recommend to come here."
