"Unfortunate experience hosting my daughter’s fifth birthday party here. Not only was the service lacking, but the disrespectful treatment of our guests and multiple phone-calls during the party regarding complaints and accusations of having “too many” people in the pool + not cleaning up after ourselves after paying generously for use of the facilities as well as leaving a generous tip for the staff is truly disheartening. I actually paid for 6 additional children as I planned for 25 but only had 19 show up. Prior to the party I asked if there was a limit on the number of people allowed and was told there was no limit. My party included 44 people in total, 19 of whom were children and not even half of the adults were actually in the pool. The adults in the pool were with their children - apologies if them playing with their children and socializing at a pool party is against pool party protocol. I was accused of having 60 people in the pool. I was also accused of leaving the area in such a mess, that cleaners would need to be called in. It’s unfortunate that you need cleaners to sweep up some balloons and that your paying guests didn’t ask for a broom to sweep up the area. When we arrived we had to ask for paper towels to wipe down the dirty chairs - so maybe you should consider hiring cleaners so future paying guests wouldn’t have to clean your facilities for you. I don’t ever leave reviews but this was certainly an unacceptable experience. In the future, I’d suggest you consider only allowing members of the pool to host parties there if you’re going to discriminate or potentially implementing a better vetting process this way you can ensure the individuals you allow in are up to your and the club members’ standards in order to avoid unprovoked complaints and save guests the nasty treatment from the rude and snobby staff."
