"Shhhh.. don’t tell anyone about this place because it’s a hidden gem. Whenever we go to Northport we get takeout, have a bottle of wine or delicious beer from Sand City Brewery and grab a nice table in the park. The sunset and views of the harbor are second to none."

"When you look at Cow Harbor Park you need to look at the whole. The Park located on the bay is a bucolic spot to spend time resting and taking the day in, walking your dog, taking the kids or grandkids to the playground or attending concerts in the evening. A truly delightful spot. A Town Dock is also available for boaters. The bonus is up Main Street from the Park are wonderful eateries and shops to fit all tastes and pocketbooks. One of the favs is the Copenhagen Bakery for a quick bite during the day or great take home bread and baked goods. My wife and I frequent one of the many restaurants weekly for lunch or dinner. Cozy welcoming places with nice offerings and pleasant service. Overall the Village and Park is delightful."

"Cow Harbor Park is a wonderful place to spend a leisurely hour or morning, and offers something for everyone-- playground for kids, dog companions (on leashes) for dogs, benches and picnic tables for families or lunch meetings, and a beautiful view of the water. The town of Northport is what you always want a coastal town to be like-- quaint and friendly, with small locally run shops and cafes and plenty of sidewalks for walking and perusing."
