"I was shopping for men’s shoes, there was a associate around. He saw me looking for shoes but didn’t offer any help. Then when I got to the register to pay that associate was busy socializing. Had to wait long time. He had only 2 customers including me. He called for a manager, when the manager came they started kidding and joking amongst themselves. I guess no one likes their job."
"Plenty of metered street parking BUT theres also a lot of ticket PDs as well. Safe area also due to many police presence. Regarding the Macy store... EXCELLENT customer service. Everyone here is very helpful and ask if you need anything or if they are being helped etc. Lastly, bless the gentleman's heart at customer service desk that was doing my wifes returns. She made him do it twice because something didnt add up to my wifes calculations and it worked on the second try. EVEN with all that, not a single micro resentment. So yeah, the customer service in this location is truly excellent."
