"Stopped in to look at Macy's furniture at the mall in Lake Grove. Boring and uncomfortable, but worst of all, super-expensive. $5,000 for a chair?? Are they nuts?? It's only Macy's, not a designer store!"

"Horrible customer service, was not greeted or even approached in a mannerly way. Looking for mattresses and a lady yelled across the store asking if we needed help , barely heard her to begin with then followed her sentence with “ i don’t want to see any drinks on anything “ in a very unfriendly manner. As if I was disturbing business flow or damaging any merchandise."

We found amazing furniture here. If you're looking- their Bernhardt couches and chairs are pretty amazing!!! They had Amazing sale on patio table. Gorgeous with like 8 chairs and price was so LOW. Shawn the manager was great to work with too! Very helpful! Sales and quality- Angela and Shawn. This is the place. Chairs have beautiful seat cushions too - waiting for next season now. Table is above and beyond and so is other purchases."
