"The best place to exercise, ever! The staff is what makes it world class by setting a stress free and welcoming atmosphere. The facilities are very clean and the natural light at the pool is rejuvenating. I have belonged to Asphalt Green UES (2004-20018) and Chelsea Piers in Chelsea, and this place tales the cake."

Despite location on the Henry Hudson parkway this is certainly a quiet, secure, and amenity-filled building with Olympic sized pool, full gym, dry cleaner, and large open terrace for hosting private events. Very impressive building which stands out among the best in riverdale/spuyten duyvil"
