"Overpriced: high price points seem more resultant of a bougie vibe the store emits rather than the quality of products- no products made locally, in the USA, or are fair trade, etc. Bad service: The store has a very inflexible return policy and uses the excuse of being a small business to legitimize poor customer service. I wanted to return an item in new condition with tags within a few weeks of purchase that could easily be resold because it was still being sold on the floor. The sales staff blamed the owner, said they would get in trouble if they helped me, apologized for how unfortunate it is, etc. I love supporting small businesses and would recommend going elsewhere."
