"This is a two layer store. Normally it’s very busy but today during the snowstorm, it was kind of nice and quiet. I was able to try this new superfood, and the price is a lot less expensive than online."
"I noticed this Costco doesn't have enough cashier assistants like other locations I've been to. I'm also grateful for the cashier's service, I did feel a bit uncomfortable due to her aggressive tone during checkout. Also, no cart deposits in the parking lot making this one of the worst Costco in America."
"I have never been treated so badly in a store in my life. Just moved to the area and got a membership. My first time in the store, I pulled the cart on the wrong side of the register, and they shouted at me and pushed it backward over my feet. When I went to pay I didn't realize they didn't take Mastercard so as I was flipping through my Google Pay to find a Visa, the cashier shoved my hand out of the way when she saw my amex pop up. Then, she voided the whole transaction. You can speak to a customer as a human being and should never physically touch them. I immediately went and canceled the membership."
"I was just here today & a customer was so upset screaming near the checkout. Then when it was my turned & ask some questions I got ignored by one of the staff who was carrying a cart with the returned items, then more encounters of staffs who was rude when answering questions, this all happened at the checkout. Theres only one person who was very polite and he works guiding people in the escalator going up. Its not even busy or December yet but why this staffs looks all stress out"
"Costco or Sam's club?! That is the question. I reqlly like Costco but Sam's technology including the scan-and-go, online and app experience is way way better than Costco. It feels like that Costco has stopped in the past (2010 probably?) when it comes to technology. Although Costco provides better variety of products and its private label brand, Kirkland is better than Member Mark of Sam's. For some weird reason I have both clubs' memberships so I'm going to observe more over time and update my review."
