"The service level Has to step up a bit. I give this place five stars for everything except it wasn’t until my second bad experience Did I decide to write this review. So I work in the area and on my break which is very limited, I’ll call up my order so that way I could just go in and grab it and have enough time to enjoy and finish my break. The first time I called in my order and went there, my food was not even in the oven. The second time I called them went there they had the order incorrect so they had to give my pizza Slice double oven time because they had to add the mushroom, so I had to wait an additional three minutes, and turned my pizza Slice into something other than enjoyable because it was overcooked, and it was like dried out and just crunchy. Both times when I called in I was put on hold. I understand that they’re very busy and there’s nothing they can do beyond that but it’s just a little frustrating at my end. Especially when I have to wait greater than two minutes then hang up and call back for a busy signal and then keep calling back until they realize that that initial call Hung up so they have to hang up their phone so I can get the call to ring again. I don’t know if I’ll ever go back here again because I can’t get that service level that I need while I’m working break time. I think what they need to understand is that if they’re giving their pizza slice double oven time to just make a new slice with the mushroom on it because this slice wasn’t enjoyable. I paid over four dollars for this and that turned my dinner break into complete crap."

"I’ve been going to this place for years, so I know the guys behind the counter most of them by name. I have eaten a lot of pizza and hands down -This is the best pizza I’ve ever eaten! They have so many different varieties and they have shrimp pizza. I don’t know any other pizza place that has shrimp pizza. The shrimp is fried and plump and juicy on the pizza. Every single slice of pizza they have with the different toppings is fresh and delicious. They also have a variety of garlic knots. The place is always packed. They also do delivery. I ordered a pizza the other day -they told me an hour and it was there in a half an hour piping hot.! They have specials on Tuesday. Their food is absolutely delicious. If you would like to sit down to a nice dinner- They have a nice little restaurant in the back and they have beer on tap. I have dined in , gotten takeout and had them deliver. Stellar service in everything they do."

"When Pizza and Art meet>>>! Normally it takes me about 6-7 times of going and something to really stand out in order for me to give a 5 star review. This place deserves every one. Alex and the co workers are class, you can tell how much care is put into their craft. The food/pizza is top tier. Great people great food, every single time. Thank you guys! The best!"

"On Friday November 12 .We ordered two Italian hero's. The meat was was so thick. U could not even close the sandwich to bite int it.. Have gone to la Bistro for least once a week for pizza or sandwiches and panini and never had this before. But I don't think we will be going back. Better off going to a deli to get a sandwich. Way to many red onions on sandwiches and just laid tomatoes on top."

"The pizza was good and yummy. Lots of choices of toppings. Their staff was friendly and prompt. The reason that they only scored a 3-star was there was a fly flying around and nobody seemed to care. The fly landed on the glass display window for over 15 seconds. I think cleanliness needs to be improved."
