"I went here a few weeks ago to get my second piercing. She told me to leave the piercing in for 3 weeks. Turns out I'm supposed to keep them in for 6. That's not even the worst part!! I got a small little stud. No biggie, right? Wrong. I went to bed that night and one ear was in so much pain. Wanna know why? The ball went IN MY EAR. You couldn't even see the earring. I recently switched it out, and it got infected! Do not waste your money here! Get it professionally pierced. Please!!"

"Just had the absolute worse possible experience at this location because of the store manager. The associates were wonderful and helpful, but the store manager was rude, snappy, disrespectful, and immature. By far the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had in a store, and all in front of my children. She lost the business for today and in the future. If you can’t control your emotional outbursts, you shouldn’t be in retail, ESPECIALLY in a leadership position. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Pathetic."

"My daughter and her friend went to today for their second ear piercings. Melissa was friendly and so good about making it calm and helping the girls not to be nervous. She was patient and just great to be around. She told us about the specials and was not pushy when the girls wanted to see what else they wanted. I highly recommend this store and Melissa!"

"I visited the mall on Saturday 6/4. I wanted to get my 9 month old daughter ears pierced at first I stopped at both piercing Pagoda and IDK it was something about the atmosphere and the employees being on their phone. Just didn't make me feel comfortable to get my baby ears pierced there so I kindly walked away and headed over to Claire's. Immediately we were greeted with such cheerfulness by Melissa and she told me the sales and that they also do nose piercing. Melissa answered all my questions and was very pleasant also Aubrie the other Co worker both workers were really nice even talked me into getting my nose pierced (along with my older daughter) which looks nice glad I did it. That was our last stop for the evening and it made the mall visit very nice. Thank you ladies great customer service."
