"Sat there for 4 hours for a tire plug service that had already been done by them 2 days prior (didn't do it right the first time!). They then had the audacity to play victim when I complained about the fact that they fixed the wrong tire during that (second) 4 hour wait. I guess you shouldn't interrupt them when they're sitting on their phone in the corner."

"I made an appointment to have my tire patched since I ran over an office staple and they claim they could not find it even though I checked that it was still there when I pulled in and let them know at the desk that there was a staple in the tire. I also expressed I was on my lunch break when I originally made the appointment and when I got in. Not only did they say they couldn’t find it but they wanted change two of my brand new tires and charge me for two new tires and I do not believe that I was given good service here. Don’t go here go to Express Tire And Auto Repair Of Branford because they don’t rip you off. Update: I went right to Express Tire And Auto Repair Of Branford right after Firestone and they helped me out right away knowing I was on my lunch break. Charlie was able to take my tire off, patch of the staple hole and it was fixed. Tony was extremely helpful and compassionate. Give your business here, they care and don’t lie to you."
