"8/26/23 I have been going to The Branford Juffy Lube for years . The service is excellent. All the staff are friendly and courteous. Chris the owner is a great guy , knows me by my first name . I have had numerous oil changes , air filters ( they always check first and show you the dirty one ). I also purchased tires from them and brake and wipers replaced. "I had a routine oil change recently with Jiffy lube. The owner, Chris greeted me with a smile. This was my first time at his establishment, but I got the impression he already knew that, which was impressive because this means he is familiar with his customer base! He explained the services he provides with a oil change. He took the time to engage, and give me a sense of relief being a new customer. I was pleased with the service I received, but moreover HAPPY to know there are people who still believe in "real"customer service, making the process a pleasant experience for the customer. "We get as much of our vehicle servicing done here as we can, as Chris & his team are friendly, honest, and stand behind their work. We have 4 vehicles that we bring here regularly for oil changes, plus anything else that may surprise us along the way. If they cannot repair it, they are up front and honest as to why, and offer a recommendation of someone who can. I have never had any issues here with any of the work that they've done, and they are always friendly and transparent in the process."
