"Went to this location to get my battery replaced after I was denied at another store. The service most definitely made up for being turned away by the previous location. Zorimar was amazing, she was very knowledgeable and got me in and out of the store in no time. Thank you Zori for taking the time to assist me."

"I bought a battery and after 6 months it started to not hold a charge. I brought the care down to get it swapped out since it was under warranty. They did the exchange at the registered and then all of a sudden the manager comes out and says my battery is good, this is after I jump started and it was running to charge it. He said he is not going to replace it since it was showing charged. He told me if I break down he will come out and replace it. I asked him what about the my reciept showing you replaced it, he wouldn't give me a copy so I took a photo. I broke down 3 times since so I went back there and was just informed I am sol. I will not be using advanced auto anymore, it used to be my go to for all my business, not professional at all. autozone here I come."
