"I am a discerning if not an adventurous sushi eater. So much of what is sold as sushi - in supermarket coolers, etc - is really fairly mediocre — it serves the purpose of reminding me of the *actual* good sushi : a place holder in my mind and palate. Hana Sushi in Red Hook (shyly tucked behind Holy Cow Ice Cream of all places) is the genuine thing. A real treat!"
