"This is the best bakery in Hudson. They are right off Warren Street in a little park. There is a small sign in Warren but you migjt walk right by it. During the summer the park would be a great place to sit and people watch. They have cookies, viennoiserie, bread, and a market with various sundries. A loaf of bread is $12, which isn't cheap but you get a lot for that price and it's good! They also have a full coffee/tea bar and some lunch sandwiches too. You need to arrive early on the weekend to get a plain croissant but they usually have excellent pain a chocolate. The breads are unique and very good too. They have a few stools to sit inside and they have a restroom too. Friendly staff and just a great place to go in Hudson."

"This little bakery is across the street from where I work. The chocolate chip cookie and this amazing coconut cream croissant were so good. These are indulgences, and will set you back a bit ($7ish for the coconut), but what a delight. Counter style ordering. It can get crowded, and I wouldn’t exactly call it a relaxing atmosphere, but great place to pop in after lunch and pick up something sweet. Would like to try some of their savory things and coffee at some point."

"Great bakery. We went to the opening of the new location and was happy to see them so busy. The location is great and my coffee offerings are a huge bonus The poppy and almond croissant was incredible"

"Great bakery! We loved their savory pastries, but the real heroes are the bread and focaccia. The flavour combinations of everything we tried were excellent. The pastry dough is a bit on the heavier side, but this works well with the cheesy bits, and allows for the pretty chocolate croissants (those are the ones with the diagonal slices on top)."
