I had a glitch with a prescription and my insurance, and the staff took the time to sort it out & make sure I was paying the lowest price! Everyone here does a great job & I'm really appreciative of them."

"Maryellen is absolutely amazing! I used to get both mine and my daughter’s meds at cvs for years but I got tired of the fight and the wait. My daughter is on some heavy duty psych meds and running out is not good in any way. We switched pharmacies back in December of 2021 after having to wait 2 weeks for my daughter’s psych meds but witnessed people getting pain meds within a couple hours of them being called in. We originally tried going to Walgreen’s but they waited until we went to pick up the meds to inform me that they did not participate with our insurance. While in panic mode as it was the day before Christmas I called hannaford pharmacy and luckily was blessed to speak with Maryellen. While she informed me she could not fill my daughter’s meds because she was not established there as of yet since Walgreens didn’t send the scripts over as promised she personally calledinformed them of what happened and how my daughter was completely out of her meds, thanks to Maryellen I was able to pick up enough of my daughter’s meds to get her through until the doctor’s office opened back up. Once the office opened she again personally made the phone call for me, explained what had happened and then not only got the scripts sent to hannaford, but she called me as soon as the scripts were received and filled them immediately. She has since then been a blessing with my daughter’s psychiatrist being changed and a refill not being called in, she gave us enough to last until 2 days after the office opened again just to make sure we had enough. The last round of refills were actually filled on the spot because we missed the appointment as the prescriber had to reschedule. I showed up to pick up what I thought was all of her meds but only 1 was ready. I asked Maryellen if there were refills on any of the other medications and when she looked she said there was on 1 more. When I asked her if she could fill it I expected her to tell me a time to come back. To my surprise, she told me not to go anywhere and maybe a minute later she had the meds ready. I have told everyone I know to switch to hannaford pharmacy in Livingston all because of Maryellen. We moved about 25-30 minutes north of hannaford but faithfully make the drive to pick up all meds. "I just called to ask if the pharmacy offers covid-19 testing and the person on the phone was so incredibly rude and asked me “didn’t you just call? I told you you can go to CVS” I said no I didn’t call this is the first time I call. She interrupted me and then lied and said well we have caller ID and shut the phone in my face. Incredibly rude and aggressive and poor customer service."
