"No customer service whatsoever. Ordered food from them for a party. The baked ziti that was given was completely burnt to a crisp. Called to speak to the manager about getting money back or a replacement tray and was told “that’s how they make their baked ziti” and that it was not burnt. The only thing that was offered was to return the ziti for a store credit which did not help us the day of our child’s birthday party. Nobody wanted to touch the pasta so it was a complete waste. Very disappointed with our experience."
